Candidates with Master's of Business Administration with HR Major from a reputed university and with the following qualities may apply.
- At least 10 years of working experience in the service industry in the HR Department.
- Proven knowledge and experience in HR planning, talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, employee retention, labor laws, etc.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledgeable in current trends, issues, and approaches to personnel management.
- Well versed with computer and HR software.
