Work Station: Biratnagar
Qualification:
- Master in Mechanical Engineering
- Should have at least 5 years of experience as Factory Manager
Job Description:
- Planning production activities
- Assessing project and resource requirements
- Planning and organizing production schedules
- Estimating, timescales, negotiating and agreeing on budgets with clients and managers
- Ensuring that health and safety regulations are met
- Determining quality control standards
- Overseeing production processes
- Selecting, ordering and purchasing materials
- Organizing the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment
- Supervising the work of junior staff
PRODUCTION SHIFT SUPERVISOR — 2
Work Station: Biratnagar
Qualification:
- Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering
- Should have at least 2 years of experience in related field
Job Description:
- Develop, promote and enforce safety in the workplace
- Responsible for the development and training of employees under his/her span of control. Also responsible for communication of any employee issues that may require management attention, including disciplinary actions
- By working to understand all aspects of production at the facility the supervisor will demonstrate the requirement for cooperation and teamwork
- Maintain optimum quality and consistency of products produced by the plant
- Demonstrate cost and quality consciousness at all times and in all decisions
- Manage workforce scheduling as needed to meet fluctuating demands and coverage needs
- Supervise production personnel during shift
