According to a letter from the Ministry of Labor, Employment and Social Security (Prime Minister's Employment Program), interested Nepali citizens who have reached the following qualifications for the post of Technical Assistant in the Employment Service Center in Panauti Municipality are required to submit the required details and receipt of payment within 15 days. 1. Minimum qualifications and experience required:
A) Passed Proficiency Certificate level or Overseer or Diploma level in Civil Engineering
B) Experience and skill: Technical Assistant will need the following experience and skill: -
- Have at least 3 months of basic computer skills,
- Has at least 6 months of experience in the project cost estimate, supervision and preparation, and analysis of final cost statement for construction and maintenance of infrastructure, teamwork experience to achieve project goals and results, interpersonal skills.
C) Age: - At least 18 years of age and not exceeding 45 years of age

8. Job Descriptions: - The procedure related to the recruitment of technical assistants in rural municipalities and municipalities will be as per Article (9).
