1. Officer/Jr.officer/Supervisor - 3 (For Butwal, Saradhanagar, and Pokhara)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 4 years' banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Have performed the job role of Sr. Assistant and above.
- Good knowledge in Credit/Account/Compliance/Operation.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good negotiation and presentation skill.
- Able to meet the assigned target and lead the team effectively.
- Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit: Minimum 21 years and not exceeding 40 years at the time of filing application.
2. Sr. Assistant - 1 (For Narayangarh )
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 2 years' banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Good knowledge of Credit.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
3. Assistant - 4 (For Butwal, Saradhanagar, Narayangarh, and Pokhara)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in Management/Economics.
Job specifications:
- Minimum 1-year banking experience in any NRB licensed BFIs.
- Good knowledge of Credit.
- Excellent communication skill (Nepali and English).
- Good knowledge of Pumori Banking Software.
Age limit: Minimum 18 years and not exceeding 35 years at the time of filing application.
4. Jr. Assistant - Few (For Butwal and Pokhara)
Educational Qualification: Minimum Bachelors' Degree in any discipline.
Job specifications:
- Should be a self-starter.
- Good communication skills with the ability to delight customers with personalized service.
- Able to adjust and adapt in a new environment.
- Ability to work in minimum supervision.
- Having prior work experience would be an added advantage.
