Pokhara Metropolitan City, City Executive Office, New Road, Kaski, Gandaki Province, Nepal Notice regarding filling up of post in service contract
As per the decision of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality Municipal Executive Office, Vacancy Committee, vacant positions in hospitals, health posts and urban health centers under the Health Division of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality have to be filled through written examination, practical examination and interview, as per the service contract, from the candidates who have qualified as follows, within 26th of Baisakh 2080 (15 days). Applications are invited during office hours.
Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should download the application form from the website of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality dhadhdh.uypajabachbgal.nayakh.lau and submit it to the application collection center of the Administration Division of Pokhara Metropolitan Municipality along with the necessary documents.

1) Type of Examination:-
– Written, Practical and Interview
– Selection will be made through interview for Office Assistant
2) Exam Date:- 2080 Jestha 6th, Saturday
3) Exam Center: will be published later (Time: 11:00 AM
4) Application form in the name of Pokhara Metropolitan City in the account no. Voucher collected on 3020100301010002 should be attached with the application form.
5) Age limit of candidates:-
- Male completed 18 years and not exceeding 35 years,
- Women who have completed 18 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age, in the case of health services will be according to the Health Services Act 2053 (Fourth Amendment),
6) Required documents: Copies of the following attested by the applicant himself:
- Certified copy of Nepali citizenship.
- Copy of educational qualification certificate.
- Certificate of experience/training.
- 3 (three) copies of passport size photos.
7) No action will be taken on the application submitted before the due date. Such application will be canceled at any time.
Minimum educational qualification required:-
a) Gynaecologist/MDGP: Having obtained master's degree in obstetrics and gynecology and in case of MDGP having obtained MDGP degree and maintaining registration with the concerned council.
b) Medical Officer: MBBS or similar degree from a recognized educational institution and registered with the concerned council.
c) Health Assistant: Passed certificate level in general medicine from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
d) Staff Nurse: Passed the certificate level in Pulic Health Nursing or Nursing from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
e) Kaviraj: Having passed the certificate level in Ayurveda from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
f) Radiographer: Passed certificate level in radiographer subject from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
G) Pharmacy Assistant: Having passed the certificate level in pharmacy from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
h) Computer Operator: Passed the certificate level from a recognized educational institution and trained in diploma in computer subjects.
i) Anesthesia Assistant: Passed Health Assistant, Staff Nurse, AHW or ANM course from a recognized educational institution with at least 3 (three) months in Anesthesia training.
J) Assistant Computer Operator: S.L.C from a recognized educational institution. Or similarly passed and trained in basic computer subject.
k) Having passed the AHW/CMA course from an AHW recognized educational institution and being registered with the concerned council.
L) Lab Assistant: Passed SLC/SEE from a recognized educational institution or one year lab assistant course from a recognized educational institution and registered with the relevant council.
M) ANM: Passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution and passed ANM course and registered with the concerned council.
N) Office Assistant: Able to read simple text.
