Since the following services, groups, sub-groups, and levels of Internal Competition open and inclusive posts for local government services must be filled through competitive examination; Applications are invited from candidates who have qualified as per below. Candidates who meet the specified minimum qualifications should apply through the commission's online application system www.ppsconline.p1.gov.np.
The selection of selected candidates from the competitive examination will be recommended to the local level in order of preference. Candidates recommended in this way will be given a permanent appointment by the concerned local level. The conditions of service and salary and other facilities will be as per prevailing law.
Type of Exam: Written, Computer Skill Test, and Interview.

Examination Fee: For Assistant Level 4th Level Open Rs. 300 (three hundred only) and for inclusive groups Rs. 150 (One Hundred and Fifty Only) and for assistant level fifth open Rs. 400 (four hundred only) and for inclusive groups additional Rs. 200 (two hundred only)
Last date for submission of the application: 2079-9-10 and the double fee till 2079-09-17.
Place and Method of Submission of Application Fee:
Method of submitting an application form online: After submitting the form through the Commission's online application system, click on the "Ok" button that appears and click on the "Choose Link" in the list that you have applied for. Choose "Payment" and click on "Next". Then click on the ConnectIPS Radio Button from the screen that appears and click on the "Pay Amount" button. Then, from the screen that appears, you can log in to the ConnectIPS system and select your bank account and pay the fee directly.
Before using the service of ConnectIPS Sewa, you have to go to www.connectips.com and sign up once, as well as link your bank account with the bank connected to the system and get verified from that bank.
Method of submitting cash application documents through the bank: After submitting the form through the commission's online application system, click on the "Ok" button and click on the "Pay" link in the list you have applied for. Then select the bank you want in the box that appears and select "Offline Payment" and click on "Next". On the page that appears, click on the "Click here to generate voucher" button. Then your voucher will be generated. You can print the voucher, go to the nearest branch of the selected bank, check the voucher, and pay the amount. Banks will not accept cash without the voucher, so it is mandatory to print the voucher and take it with you. Cash can be transferred from all branches of the mentioned banks across Nepal.
Deadline for submission of application fee: After submitting the application through online mode, pay the fee late along with the Master ID and transaction code number voucher received by the candidate. Next day of application deadline: Within time (if the said day falls on a public holiday, then the first day of office opening) prescribed examination fee. Application Fee must be submitted.
Mode of Application: All advertised posts have to be submitted through the online system only. Method of application submission online/ Detailed information about the method can be viewed at www.ppsconline.p1.gov.np.
Candidate's age limit: By 2079/9/10 - 18 years of age and not exceeding 35 years of age and not exceeding 40 years of age for women and disabled candidates. There is no age limit for permanent employees of civil service, state civil service, and local government service.
Documents to be submitted: Candidates have to upload the minimum educational qualification, inclusive group opening documents including the documents specified in the relevant advertisement in the designated place of the online application system in PDF format. All the candidates have to scan both parts of their Nepali Awareness Certificate and upload it in the specified location in JPEG format.
The candidate should be fully responsible for the details mentioned in the application.
Pre-Interview Exam Schedule and Date and Venue of Interview: Notification will be published when the results of the written exam are published.
