RSDC Laghubitta Bittiya Sanstha Ltd. Butwal, Rupandehi (a national level 'D' class Wholesale-lending financial institution) invites applications from interested and qualified Nepalese citizens for the following posts.
1. Manager: Credit Dept. Head
- Master's Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline (preference will be given to Management).
- Must have 10 years' experience in banks/financial institutions, of which minimum 4 years should be at Officer or Higher level.
- Age: not exceeding 45 years, as on the last day of submitting an application.
- Well acquainted with the banking laws, rules, regulations, and directives.
- Strong understanding of the Nepalese Financial I Microfinance sector and Loan Administration.
- Excellent organizational, communicational and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent in written/spoken English and Nepali.
- Strong knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
2. Junior Officer: Information Technology
- Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) in Computer Application or IT related subjects.
- Age: not below 21 and not exceeding 35 years, as on the last day of
- submitting application.
- Good working knowledge of information security domains including
- Network Protection, Intrusion, Access Control etc. and understanding of
- Operating Systems and Server Management as well.
- Must have 1 years’ experience in related fields.
3. Junior Officer: Monitoring and Supervision
- Bachelors' Degree (or equivalent) in any discipline (preference will be given to Management).
- Age: not below 21 and not exceeding 35 years, as on the last day of submitting an application.
- Must have 3 years' experience in related fields.
- Good knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet & Email.
- Working knowledge of Lending, Monitoring, and Recovery.
- Understanding of Nepalese MFIs/FINGOs/Cooperative Sector will be an advantage.
4. Assistant: Credit
- 10+2 (or equivalent) in any discipline (preference will be given to Management).
- Age: not below 18 and not exceeding 30 years, as on the last day of
- submitting application.
- At least 2 years' experience in related fields.
- Working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Internet/Email.
- Understanding of Nepalese WIFIs/FING0s/Cooperative Sector will be an advantage.
