The government has once transferred Seventy Six Joint Secretaries. The Secretary of State has been given the responsibility of transferring the senior secretary under the union.
The cabinet meeting on Wednesday decided to appoint the senior deputy secretary-general as the secretary of state, according to information officer of the ministry of federal affairs and general administration Jiwan Lal Bhushal.
