Job Title: Human Resources Manager
Qualification & Skills:
- Bachelor in Hotel Management (Minimum) with specialization in Human Resource Management. Must have a training skill and should be able to conduct departmental training from time to time.
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience is preferred. Candidate must have knowledge of hotel software system.
- Handling, leading and directing Human Resource functions including recruitment. retention. training & development. compensation. benefits, employee and labor relations.
- Candidates from star hotel working background are highly encouraged.
