This notice is published for the information of all eligible Nepali citizens who are interested in filling the vacant positions in the city police force of Sisne Rural Municipality, various categories. Eligible candidates are invited to submit their application within 15 (fifteen) days from the date of publication of this notice.
Applications must be submitted during office hours along with the necessary documents, addressed to the office of the Rural Municipal Executive. This notice is published for all concerned as per the decision of the executive meeting held on 2081/02/30.

2. Minimum Required Qualifications:
a. Educational Qualification:
- For the position of Assistant Sub Inspector:
- Must have passed SLC/SEE or equivalent from a recognized educational institution.
- For the position of City Police Personnel:
- Must have passed grade 8 from a recognized educational institution.
b. Additional Qualifications:
- Must be a Nepali citizen.
- Should not have been convicted of any criminal offense involving moral turpitude.
- Must not be a member of any political party.
- Must not be a member of any terrorist organization.
- Must meet the prescribed physical fitness standards as per the job requirements.

2. Important Documents to be Submitted with the Application:
- Personal application
- Copy of Nepali citizenship certificate
- Copy of all academic qualification certificates
- Copy of experience certificates, if applicable
- Copy of the character certificate issued by the police office
- Copy of the medical health certificate issued by a recognized health institution
- Copy of the experience certificate for those who have worked in the armed forces or previous security services
- Passport-sized photographs (3 copies)
3. Age:
a. For City Police Assistant Inspector: Must be at least 21 years old and not exceed 26 years as of the last date of application submission. The age limit for those who have served in the armed forces or previous security services should not exceed 40 years.
b. For City Police Personnel: Must be at least 18 years old and not exceed 22 years as of the last date of application submission. The age limit for those who have served in the armed forces or previous security services should not exceed 35 years.

- The selection process will be as per the rules and regulations of Sirsine Rural Municipality.

Candidates selected from the preliminary examination will be eligible for the final written examination. Successful candidates will be appointed to the positions of City Police Assistant Inspector and City Police Personnel according to their qualifications and abilities.
