Town Development Fund Secretariat for the Selection Recommendation Committee of the Executive Director: Notice Regarding Executive Director Post Fulfillment

In reference to the vacant position of Executive Director at the Town Development Fund, as per the Town Development Fund Act, 2053, Regulations, 2054, and the Town Development Fund Employee Service Conditions (Amended) Regulations, 2068, this notice is being published to inform interested Nepali citizens who meet the following minimum educational qualifications, training, and experience, to apply within 21 days from the first publication date during office hours.

Applications should be submitted at the Town Development Fund, Phulchowki Mai Road, New Baneshwor, Kathmandu. If the last submission day falls on a public holiday, applications can be submitted the next working day.

Minimum Educational Qualifications, Training, and Experience:

a) A postgraduate degree in Economics, Management, Chartered Accountancy, or Engineering from a recognized university with at least five years of experience in the relevant field, or a bachelor's degree in one of the above fields with at least seven years of experience in the relevant area.

b) The candidate must be at least 35 years old and not over 54 by the final submission date.

Documents and Details to be Submitted:

a) The Executive Director applicant must submit a duly filled application form in the format of Schedule 10 of the Town Development Fund Employee Service Conditions (Amended) Regulations, 2068.

b) Certified copies of Nepali citizenship, educational qualifications, training, and experience.

c) A self-declaration stating the candidate is not disqualified as per Regulation 138 of the Town Development Fund Employee Service Conditions (Amended) Regulations, 2068, and has not obtained or applied for DV or PR of any country.

Business Plan Submission:

a) Along with the application, the candidate must submit a business plan in the prescribed format provided by the Executive Director Selection Committee, with a word count not exceeding 5,000. The plan should be sealed in an envelope with the applicant's full name clearly written on the outside and submitted in two copies.

b) A payment of NPR 3,000 (Three Thousand Only) must be deposited in the account number 02901010000062 of the Town Development Fund at Global IME Bank, Baneshwor Branch, and the original voucher must be submitted along with the application.

False Information or Documents: Submission of false details or documents will result in legal action as per the prevailing laws.

Salary and Benefits: As per the Town Development Fund Regulations, 2054.

6.1) The Selection Recommendation Committee reserves the right to reject any application without stating any reason.

6.2) The Town Development Fund Act, Regulations, Business Plan Format, and Declaration Format can be obtained from the Fund's website: www.tdf.org.np.

6.3) For further details, candidates can visit the office of the Town Development Fund during office hours.

Note: The venue, time, and date for the presentation of the business plan and the interview will be announced when the final list of candidates is published.
