DAI seeks Four (4) Watershed Management Specialists positions Fixed Term Contract) for the USAID Panni Program Each of position will be based in each of following Watersheds:
- Rara Watershed (Mugu)
- Phoksundo Suligaad Watershed (Dolpa)
- Middle Rapti Watershed (Dang)
- West Seti Watershed (Bajhang).
Preference for the current positions will be given to applications from the local area with knowledge of local language. The Watershed Management Specialists will be responsible for understanding and guiding the work of collaborating. Stakeholders in their respective watersheds to achieve the common objectives under Paani Program. In particular. Position will focus on the creation and management of multi-stakeholder Integrated River Basin Management Platforms (IRBMPs) and watershed management plans. This position will focus on accomplishing-Increased Knowledge, Engagement, and Benefits for local water user.
