1) Passed proficiency certificate level in general medicine subject from the recognized educational institution for HA post
2) Passed CMA course from a recognized educational institution for the post of AHW.
3) Passed ANM course from the recognized educational institution for ANM post.
4) Passed SLC / SEE from a recognized educational institution for the post of Amin and received at least one year of training in the survey or geometric subject.
4) Learn to read and write for Office Helper and Sweeper.
Age: 18 years and not exceeding 45 years in case of health care and 18 years and not exceeding 35 years in case of others. (Not exceeding 40 years in case of women).
Types of Exams: Written Interviews and Experimental.
Examination fee: Rs. 200 for HA, ANM, and AMIN For others Rs. 200
Date of Examination: This Will be fixed after the last date of application.
