Pursuant to Section 9 (1) of the Nepal Health Services Act, 2053 (with amendments 2070) Section 9 (4) of the Act from which the level has been upgraded to work at the same level as Section 55 of the Act and Nepal Health Services Rules, 2055 (with amendments 2070) Pursuant to Rule 7 of, as per the decision of this department dated 2078-09-29, the promotion has been given from the fifth level to the sixth level; As per the opinion of the Ministry of Health and Population dated 2079-03-28 (Secretary level) and the decision of the Department of Health Services dated 2079-03-28, the decision to upgrade has been canceled.
