In the last 24 hours, an additional 6,653 people have been infected with the coronavirus. According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 101 people have died and 8663 have been recovered.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 14,182 PCR tests confirmed the infection in 4624 and 6631 antigen tests confirmed the infection in 2029 people.

At the same time, the number of corona infections in Nepal has reached 581,560. Out of which, the number of active infected is 97 thousand 699.

According to the ministry, 101 people have died and 8663 have been recovered in the last 24 hours. The total number of people recovered has reached 476,130.

According to the Ministry of Health and Population, 897 cases of corona have been reported in Kathmandu, 311 in Morang, 299 in Lalitpur, 282 in Kaski, 199 in Sunsari, 188 in Bhaktapur, 169 in Jhapa, 144 in Okhaldhunga, 139 in Sindhupalchowk, 133 in Dhanusha and 120 in Kavrepalanchok.

Similarly, 92 in Chitwan, 92 in Makwanpur, 86 in Surkhet, 85 in Rupandehi, 81 in Bara, 70 in Gorkha, 68 in Bardiya, 65 in Dhading, 65 in Syangja, 65 in Banke, 61 in Nuwakot, 58 in Siraha, 57 in Nawalparasi East, 57 in Dang, 51 in Kailali and 50 in Tanahun.

Corona infection has been detected in 48 people in Ramechhap, 47 in Achham, 43 in Saptari, 41 in Kapilvastu, 38 in Kanchanpur, 35 in Sarlahi, 33 in Sindhuli, 32 in Doti, 28 in Dadeldhura, 27 in Rautahat, 25 in Udayapur, 22 in Dailekh and 20 in Nawalparasi West.

Similarly, 19 in Parsa, 18 in Palpa, 17 in Rukum West, 15 in Mahottari, 15 in Arghakhanchi, 12 in Dolakha, 9 in Pyuthan, 7 in Rolpa, 6 in Parbat, 6 in Salyan, 5 in Solukhumbu, 5 in Baglung, 5 in Jumla, 5 in Dhankuta, 5 in Bhojpur and 4 in Baitadi, 3 in Ilam, 3 in Sankhuwasabha, 3 in Kalikot, 2 in Khotang, 2 in Jajarkot, 2 in Mugu, 1 in Panchthar, 1 in Rasuwa, 1 in Gulmi, 1 in Rukum East, 1 in Humla, 1 in Bajhang and 1 in Bajura.

Similarly, 126 children under the age of 10 have been found to be infected with corona, while 454 people in the age group of 11 to 20 have been infected with corona, the ministry said.
