Attention to the police officers as described below. You have been absent from your official duties without proper notice, which has come to the attention of the Nepal Police Headquarters.

Reference Rule: This notice follows Rule 115 of 2071 (2) of the process.

Duration of Absence: Your voluntary absence has been noted from the specified date, and despite notifications, there has been no communication from your end.

Mandatory Action: You are required to present yourself within seven (7) days from the publication of this notice, excluding the travel period. Please provide a satisfactory explanation for your absence at either this office or the office from which the notice originated.

Legal Consequences: Failure to provide a valid reason or to present yourself will result in charges under section (f) of sub-rule (1) of rule 113 of the Police Regulations, 2071. Moreover, actions might be taken per (b)(1) of rule 109 from Part 4 of Schedule 14 of the Police Regulations, 2071.
