1. Positions: Branch Manager – 1 Position, Janakpur
Core Functions:
- Work closely at field to represent eSewa and various services
- Work closely with field teams to onboard eSewa agents
- Deliver training to agents
- Review data and reports submitted by field coordinators and maintain proper database
- Manage the field teams and ensure the achievement of the assigned targets.
- Coordinate with concerned departments
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development (Masters preferred)
- 4+ years of experience preferably working in microfinance/ cooperatives/ financial sector
- Experience in providing training and willingness to travel to other districts
2. Positions: Program Officer – 2
Janakpur (1), Butwal (1) (Preferably Female)
Core Functions:
- Deliver training to agents as per the training module developed for the agents
- Collect data and prepare reports and submit them to the line manager
- Promote digital payments in the locality
- Coordinate with Branch Manager/ concerned departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development
- 3+ years of experience in supporting small businesses/MSMEs to enhance their capacity
- Fluency in written and spoken English and willing to frequently travel to the field
3. District Coordinators – 25 Positions
Saptari (3), Siraha (3), Sarlahi (3), Dhanusha (2), Mahottari (2), Rautahat (2), Rupandehi (2), Kapilvastu (2), Dang (2), Rolpa (2), Pyuthan (2)
Core Functions:
- Conduct timely field visits and onboard agents onto the platform
- Deliver training to agents as per the training module developed for the agents
- Promote digital payments in the locality
- Coordinate with Branch Manager/Cluster coordinator and concerned departments to fulfill assigned tasks
Eligibility Criteria:
- +2 or Bachelors in Business/Economics/Rural Development
- Willing to frequently travel to the field
